If, due to a technical error, the Seller is unable to sell the Ordered Goods, the Seller shall send the Buyer a notification to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer within two (2) working days of receipt of the Order that the Order has not been confirmed and that it will not be executed. In the event of non-confirmation of the Order, the Seller shall refund the amounts paid by the Buyer for the non-confirmed Order to the Buyer within seven (7) working days. In refunding the Buyer, the Seller shall use the same method of payment as used by the Buyer when paying the Seller, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed to a different method and provided that the Buyer does not incur any other costs as a result.
