Ordering Products Online

Products on www.CityTown.lt can be ordered by any registered website user. If you are not yet registered, you can do so during the purchase process.

Upon receiving your inquiry, we will respond regarding the product price and delivery time. The product price may vary depending on the technical specifications and order quantity. The prices displayed on the website are indicative and may change.

The product images provided are for illustration purposes only and may not fully reflect the actual product, packaging, accessories, color, or shape. The product description (or video material with a description) is general and may not mention all product features.

Product availability and prices in the online store may sometimes differ from actual stock levels. Please refer to the price valid at the time of purchase.

If due to a technical error, the seller cannot sell the ordered product, the seller will notify the buyer by email within two (2) business days from the order receipt date. The order will be canceled, and any payments made will be refunded within seven (7) business days. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method the buyer used unless the buyer explicitly agrees to another method without incurring additional costs.

Payment for Products

When purchasing products on www.CityTown.lt, you can choose from the available payment methods:

• An invoice will be sent via email within 1 business day of order receipt.

• UAB "Inverta ir partneriai."

If payment is not received via bank transfer within 48 hours of reservation, the order will be canceled.

Product Sales

If, due to a technical error, the seller cannot sell the ordered product, the seller will notify the buyer by email within two (2) business days from the order receipt date. The order will be canceled, and any payments made will be refunded within seven (7) business days. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method the buyer used unless the buyer explicitly agrees to another method without incurring additional costs.

Product Delivery

• Products in stock are delivered within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.

• For products that are not in stock, we will contact you to confirm the exact delivery time.

• Products can be delivered to the address you provide.

• Delivery costs are calculated individually.

Currently, deliveries are only available within Lithuania. Orders in Lithuania are delivered using the "Venipak" courier service.

Note: An additional €40 fee applies for deliveries to the Curonian Spit.

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return defective or unsatisfactory products.

If you purchase a product that is defective or does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 (fourteen) business days from the delivery date. In such cases, a defective product will be replaced with a quality product, or a refund will be issued. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

UAB "Inverta ir partneriai" will replace the returned product with another one or refund the amount paid.

Before returning a product, you must inform the seller.

Conditions for Returns:

• The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging (this does not apply to defective products).

• The product must not be damaged by the buyer.

• The product must retain its original appearance (labels, protective films, etc. must not be removed, unless the product is defective).

• The returned product must be in the same configuration as when received.

• The purchase document must be provided, along with the reason for return.

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Lithuanian Minister of Economy’s regulations:

• "Rules on the Return and Exchange of Goods," approved by Order No. 217 of June 29, 2001.

• "Rules on the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded by Means of Communication," approved by Order No. 258 of August 17, 2001.

Note: Underwear, socks, glasses, protective visors, and earplugs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in accordance with clause 18 of the "Rules on the Return and Exchange of Goods."
