Ordering goods online
www.inverta.lt or CityTown.lt goods can be ordered by any registered user of the website. If you have not yet registered, you can do so during the purchase process.

The price of the product may depend on the technical characteristics of the product and the quantity ordered. The price indicated on the page is preliminary, the indicated price of the product may change. The presented product photos are for illustrative purposes only and are exemplary, so they may not correspond to the actual appearance, configuration, color or shape of the products and their packaging. The product description (or video material with the description) is of a general nature, it does not necessarily mention all the features of the product. The balance of the goods or the prices in the online store may not match in certain cases, please refer to the price valid at the time of purchase. If, due to a technical error, the Seller is unable to sell the Ordered Product, within two (2) working days from the date of receipt of the Order, the Seller shall send a notification to the Buyer at the e-mail address provided by him that the Order has not been approved and that it will not be executed. When buying goods at www.inverta.lt or CityTown.lt you can choose which of the following methods you will pay for the goods:

Sale of goods
If, due to a technical error, the Seller is unable to sell the Ordered Product, within two (2) working days from the date of receipt of the Order, the Seller shall send a notification to the Buyer at the e-mail address provided by him that the Order has not been approved and that it will not be executed. Delivery of goods
When ordering goods that are in stock, they are delivered within 1-7 working days from the payment of the order.
For out-of-stock items, we will contact you with an exact delivery date.
We can deliver the goods to the address you specify. The delivery price is calculated individually. Currently, the goods are delivered only on the territory of Lithuania. We use the services of the courier service "Venipak" for the delivery of orders in Lithuania. Note: when delivering goods to the Curonian Spit, an additional fee of EUR 40 per shipment is charged in any case.
Return and exchange of goods
You have the right to return goods of poor quality or that do not meet your expectations.
If you have purchased a product that is of poor quality or does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return such product to us within 14 (fourteen) working days of delivery days In this case, the defective product will be replaced with a quality product or the money paid will be returned to you. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. UAB "Inverta and partners" undertakes to replace the returned product with another or return the money paid for it.
In any case, it is necessary to inform the seller before returning the product.
When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective item;
the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
the returned item must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;
when returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase and indicate the reason for returning the product.
The return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the 2001 regulation of the Minister of Economy. June 29 by order no. 217 approved "Rules for return and exchange of items" and the Minister of Economy in 2001 August 17 by order no. 258 of the approved "Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication".
Note: Underwear, socks, glasses, eye shields and earplugs are not exchangeable or accepted in accordance with Clause 18 of the Return and Exchange Policy.
You can submit a request/complaint about a product or service purchased in our online store to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service.

1.1 This privacy policy regulates the main personal data of the buyer, visitor of UAB "Inverta ir partneriai" (hereinafter - the Company) website www.inverta.lt (hereinafter - the Website) who entered correct personal data in the form on the website (hereinafter - the Client) the principles and procedure of data collection, processing and storage, as well as determines the Buyer's rights, personal data protection implementation measures and other issues related to personal data processing.
1.2 When processing your personal data, the 2016 April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter - the "Regulation"), the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - "ADTAĮ"), provisions of the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - "ERĮ") and other directly applicable legal acts regulating the protection of personal data, as well as instructions of data protection supervisory authorities (in Lithuania - State Data Protection Inspectorate).
1.3. According to these Rules, the controller of personal data is UAB "Inverta ir partneriai", ent. code 124824383, office address M. K. Čiurlionio str. 1-6, LT-03104 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - the Data Controller). The Data Controller is responsible for the collection, processing and storage of personal data in accordance with the procedure established by law.
1.4 By specifying your personal data, you agree that the Company will manage and process it for the purposes, means and procedure provided for in this privacy policy and legal acts.
1.5. Personal data must be accurate, appropriate and only to the extent necessary for their collection and further processing. If necessary for the processing of personal data, personal data are constantly updated.
1.6. The data controller confirms that personal data is collected for the purposes of electronic commerce and processed in accordance with the principles of fairness, legality and accuracy, as well as respect for the individual's right to privacy.
2. What personal data do we collect about you?
2.1. The company collects and continues to process your personal data, which you provide yourself when registering and/or ordering goods on the website:

data on purchased goods, their prices (purchase history)
2.2. The customer's personal data is stored no longer than 3 years after the last purchase on the website. At the end of the data storage period, the Customer's personal data is destroyed in accordance with the procedure established by the applicable legal acts.

The company collects and continues to process your personal data, which you indirectly provide when registering and/or ordering services on the website, i.e. the following data is automatically collected from the computers and/or mobile devices you use, when you connect to the Website: IP addresses and times of connections, the browser used by the user and its version, the websites you visited before accessing our Website.
2.4. 2.3. Your personal data referred to in paragraph 1 are stored during the period of cooperation between the Company and you (during the provision of services) and, depending on the data, up to one year from the end of this period. This data may be stored for a longer period if there are other legal grounds for such a storage period.

other rights established by the legal acts applicable to the processing of personal data.
5.2. The Company undertakes to respond to all requests related to the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulation within one month from the receipt of the request.
How do we process personal data for direct marketing purposes?
6.1. Only with your prior consent, we will send you the Company's e-newsletters. by post
6.2. We process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing: name, surname, e-mail address.
6.3. Your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing is stored until you opt out of receiving direct marketing communications.
Who do we provide your personal data to?
7.1. The company's employees have access to your personal data only if it is necessary to fulfill their duties and only after the employee undertakes to comply with the confidentiality requirement.
7.2. 7.5. The data processor cannot use another data processor without the prior specific or general written permission of the Company (data controller).
7.6. Your personal data may also be provided in response to official requests from state institutions and courts, but only after making sure of the legitimacy of these requests.
