Our website separates products into two categories with two separate shopping carts: one for legal entities and one for individuals.

Individuals

• All product prices include VAT.

• Delivery time is between 1 and 4 business days.

• If delivery takes longer than the indicated period, the seller will inform the buyer in advance by email or phone about the revised delivery time.

• Delivery prices are presented accurately but may change if fuel costs increase or additional transportation expenses arise.

• Buyers are promptly informed of any changes in delivery costs.

• Buyers have the right to cancel the order if the new delivery cost is unacceptable.

All products for individuals

Legal Entities

• Prices for most products are shown without VAT; some products may not have prices listed.

• Some products are custom-made according to individual orders.

• Production time ranges from 1 business day up to 5 weeks depending on product complexity and order size.

• Individual sales agreements are concluded with legal entities.

Custom Products Agreement

Both legal entities and individuals may enter into a separate agreement for custom products, discussed before the purchase. Each product has technical specifications, so if the client requests a product with specific requirements, the final price may differ from the listed price.

Orders and Pricing

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

• A significant portion of our products is made to order; therefore, production times, delivery times, and prices must be considered before placing an order.

• Final prices are confirmed individually before issuing an invoice.

Technical Limitations

Due to information limitations, not all product details, colors, or specifications may be provided on the website. We recommend verifying information by email or phone before ordering. Accurate technical specifications, including dimensions, design, colors, and quantities, are provided before payment.

Online Ordering

• Orders can only be placed by registered users.

• Prices and order terms are individually agreed upon via email or phone.

• Orders not paid within 48 hours are canceled.

Returns and Exchanges

• Non-defective or unsatisfactory products can be returned within 14 business days from delivery.

• The buyer covers return shipping costs.

• Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 14 business days of receiving returned products.
